Jacksonville, Fla., Sept. 18, 2017 – Client Focused Media and the Buzz Media Group is now
hiring bartenders for Oktoberfest Jacksonville and The Haunted Brewery at the Anheuser-Busch
Brewery. The events kick off on Sept. 29 and will continue through the end of October. The
company is looking to fill 30 positions a night to work the various beer tents that will be set up
throughout the events. Between 4,000 and 6,000 people are expected to come through the
events each night.
The bartenders will be responsible for performing basic beer pouring at one of the four beer
stations that will be set up outside of the brewery. Bartenders will be paid $12 an hour, plus any
tips they may earn. They will also receive two general admission tickets to the event that they
can use themselves on a night they don’t work or share with friends and family.
Bartenders will be required to wear black pants and a white button up shirt. Ties or bow-ties are
preferred, but not required. They should also wear non-slip shoes. For those working
Oktoberfest Jacksonville, German-themed suspenders are preferred, but not required.
Bartenders working The Haunted Brewery are encouraged to wear fake vampire teeth. Buzz
Media Group will also require the bartender’s hair to be slicked back or in a tight ponytail or bun.
Oktoberfest Jacksonville will be held on Friday, Sept. 29 and Saturday, Sept. 30. Gates open on
Friday at 3 p.m. and stay open until 11 p.m. Gates open at 11 a.m. on Saturday until 11 p.m. To
