Kitchen on San Marco Winter Menu Wows

Old Man Winter may be hightailing it out of the First Coast faster than any of those frostbitten snowbirds can drive, but at Kitchen on San Marco, Chef Ryan Randolph’s Winter Menu is heating up right alongside the thermostat. Sticking to his seasonally-inspired, locally-sourced menu, Chef Ryan has a line-up of dishes sure to fill you up without burning you out at lunch and warm you up without breaking the bank at dinner. The BUZZ team was fortunate enough to dine in on our lunch break one lovely afternoon, and the team at Kitchen on San Marco took care of us just like they’ll take care of you. Whether you’re in the mood for lighter fare like their Salt Roasted Beet Salad with whipped goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, and a citrus vinaigrette, or something heartier like the Chef’s favorite Gastropub Burger with thick-sliced bacon, Kitchen on San Marco has options to please the palates of everyone in your party.
