Last Week for Free Admission to Ripley’s

It’s Educator Appreciation Week and all of Florida’s teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, administration, and support staff will receive free admission to Ripley’s Believe it or Not. Since most of us live in the Jacksonville, Fl area, the closest Ripley’s museum is located in historic St. Augustine, FL. Free admission remains today until Sunday, October 15, 2017, so make sure all of you in the teaching field head down to Ripley’s to take advantage of this exclusive limited time free offer.

This free offer is for everyone in the education field from grades K – 12 – even home school! All that is required is a pay stub from your employer and a valid photo I.D. and you will have the entire day to check out this amazing attraction. If you have up to three guests with you, they will each receive 50% off of their admission. What a deal!

If you are outside of the Jacksonville, Fl area, don’t worry, you will have free admission to any Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum in the state of Florida. That means that you can get into the Key West, Orlando and Panama City Beach locations.

The man who started Ripley’s Believe it or Not was Robert Ripley, an iconic American figure who traveled to over 200 countries in search of the odd, uncommon, and unexplained. Ripley was the one who first coined the famous phrase, “Believe it or not!” He was also a cartoonist, radio personality, television actor, and professional baseball player. That’s right, Ripley played for the New York Giants way back in 1913.

Today, Ripley’s Believe it or Not has museums located in over 11 countries. In total, there are 31 museums with hundreds of television shows in their registry. Ripley’s legacy lives on more than a hundred years later and he remains a relevant piece of American culture. Come check out Ripley’s Believe it or Not today.
